I have been asked to create a quilt layout using the Peacock Plumes line of fabric that is coming out soon from Island Batiks. I played around in EQ8 with a few options and finally landed on this coloring of my Gleaming the Cube (GTC) pattern. Working with batik fabric is not my norm so it was fun to push myself a bit to create this option. I used a few Kona cotton solids to make the featured fabrics sing.
I love how the GTC pattern shows these gorgeous fabrics off while blending the color options into the next one.
